Dear Ones, Every unit of consciousness in my subtle bodies and every fiber of my physical body confirms that we are indeed EXTREMELY CLOSE to the actual NESARA Announcement. While one really must appreciate Dove's "phase-locked" 3D perspective, we no longer exist in a strictly 3D environment. It is NOT necessary for the World Court to authorize a new announcement period for NESARA's announcement. The highest legal authority is no longer the World Court (International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands); rather it is and has been for some time, The Solar Tribunal on Saturn, presided over by Lady Master Nada. However, because minds that are "phase-locked" or "by choice, locked into a solely 3D perspective" are incapable of perceiving ANYTHING outside of the 3D perspective, they are incapable of believing in or of acknowledging anything beyond the limited 3D perspective. This is NOT intended in any way as a criticism of or disparagement of Dove of Oneness, there ARE frequencies of REALITY that extend well beyond the 3rd Dimension. The Solar Tribunal on Saturn (which is obviously inhospitable to 3D lifeforms) is 5D in nature. Therefore, any mind or belief system that is phase-locked or has chosen to remain limited by a 3D perspective is incapable of perceiving ANYTHING beyond 3D. We are now under "Galactic Governance" which essentially begins where our inefficient unworkable 3D governments have failed to serve "WE THE PEOPLE." My ONLY disappointment is to witness Dove "bashing" and criticizing ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that does not conform to her obviously chosen and phase-locked 3D perspective. In the plainest of terms: the World Court is "out of the decision-making loop" just as the White Knight Decision Team has been for quite some time now. WE THE PEOPLE have spoken; Saint Germaine (through Nancy Tate) has called for and received the final confirmation (the final "GO") for Divine Intervention from the Lightworkers of planet Earth. ALL is now moving in accordance with our new Galactic Plan of Governance. Before the actual transfer of power can take place from the current and corrupt "Bush/Illuminati/Dark Agenda Regime", all appropriate parties must be served with the proper "walking papers" by U.S. Marshals in the United States and the proper Civil Authorities in other countries around the world (most especially Great Britain). The United Kingdom will witness the arrest and incarceration of the Royal Family, beginning with The Queen (The TOP Reptilian Illuminati on the planet), Prince Philip (her husband); Prince Charles, Camilla Parker-Bowles, Princess Margaret, Prince Edward and his wife, Prince Andrew (former husband of Fergie, but NOT Fergie) and many other members of the Royal family, as well as Tony Blair and many others in the Parliament. The exceptions will be Prince William and Prince Harry, both of whom are "Crystal Children" (both were born with all 12-strands of DNA fully intact and activated). As the Queen and Prince Charles are arrested for crimes against humanity, as well as co-conspirators in the murder of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed, Prince William will be crowned King. His FIRST official act as the King of England will be the immediate and permanent dissolution of the British Monarchy. William Windsor will replace Tony Blair as the Prime Minister of Great Britain. William's younger brother, Harry, is NOT the son of Charles and Diana. Prince Harry IS the son of Princess Diana but his father is Diana's polo playing boyfriend (the redhead). Never before has there ever been a royal redhead! Prince Harry will become Great Britain's first official representative to the European Union; Great Britain will adopt the Euro as its official currency and peace shall reign throughout Europe. Meanwhile, on this side of the pond, once the Bush Regime is arrested, handcuffed and taken away, they will be immediately replaced by constitutionally-acceptable Presidential and Vice-Presidential Designates who will serve for ONLY 120 days until new elections can be held; elections WITHOUT Political Parties and WITHOUT campaign fund contributions from "special interests." NESARA's announcement will be "the spark that ignites the flame." As the physical aspect of Archangel Michael, I will ascend and return to fulfill the prophecy from The Book of Daniel, Chapter 12. This is so that any of those people who will require "proof-positive" that their "Armageddon" is over and that A New Heaven and A New Earth have been created. Archangel Michael WILL appear to each and every individual in the requisite manner necessary; in other words, he will appear in accordance with the necessary expectations of those people who require such proof. The Ascended Masters will be introduced; Saint Germaine will be one of NESARA's actual presenters while the remaining Ascended Masters will be introduced very shortly thereafter. First Contact will also take place in VERY short succession following NESARA's announcement and the introduction of the Ascended Masters.
