Make them carry around a machine readable ID anytime and there goes y’r problem! In Europe they are stupid enough to let us introduce a car tracking device and an obligatory ID. No more road taxes, hell who cares, but paying by the mile, excuse me K, gonna end up with an extra beer anyway! LOL!

I like to haul my skull and boney ass all over this place. Been to Europe just yet.
